Moorea is a Dufour Sloop
Built in 1974
35’ long
11.5’ beam with a 6.1’ draft

Pictured is Moorea at the dock in Everett,
Washington and the latest photo of her
anchored next to Lanzarote
Island in the
Carnaries. As you can see she has
changes a bit since cutting the dock lines. The most evident in changes are the
solar panels and bambini shade in the stern. She has taken a few bumps along the
way, with fishermen coming to visit at various ports, allowing their boats to
hit and scratch her paint and bumping into flotsam and jetsam as we sailing
in the night through parts of Indonesia. Once we get home, we will have to
spruce Moorea up again.
She has a comfortable interior which suites the two of
us. Take a quick tour of the
interior.
